Connecting with Nature

This week, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we went on some fantastic nature walks 'Connecting to Nature' . As we walked we thought about how wonderful our world is and how nature can help us look after our minds.

Thoughout the walks it was wonderful to hear how many children go on regular walks with their families, which we would encourage everyone to use our wonderful environment and continue to enjoy the opportunity to be with nature, especially to support our mental wellbeing.

The theme of looking after mental health is such an important one for everyone and we will continue to promote this with the children as we move through the year.
